In older buildings it is often a problem that there are no elevator systems. As the residents get older, the problem of reaching the upper floors becomes more and more apparent. An elevator system brings a plus in living comfort.

The only question is where the elevator can be placed.

There is an option outside the building or inside. We have solutions for both variants.

Provided it is of sufficient size, the stair well can be used inside the building. These stairs are often made of wood in old buildings and may be listed as historical monuments. Here we have developed an innovative solution that does not require any welding on site. All components are prefabricated in the factory and are screwed and riveted during assembly. The shaft frame mounted in the stair well can be manufactured in all RAL and NCS colors and thus blends harmoniously into the interior of the building. The shaft frame is covered with clear or frosted glass so that either the technology remains visible or the shaft frame hides it. Due to its special design, the construction appears slim and elegant, despite the highest stability.
